Kareena's new skin show fundas

No more bikinis onscreen. No shedding weight for the screen too. Sexy? Surely. Kareena Kapoor's new found philosophy spells it outright with a difference.

 Though, Bebo can hardly shrug off the 'sexy' tag... she'd gleefully prefer to be termed 'glam.' Word has it that KK turned a crimson shade of red when a young group of girls sent her notes saying they found her sexy, during her filming stint for 'Bodyguard' on a college campus.

 KK, who's been voted 'Bollywood's sexiest woman' by a leading fanzine, has decided that though she's decidedly sizzling in a bikini, she's simply not comfortable with the 'sexy tag'.

 The actress, who made size zero a national obsession states in a tabloid quote, "I'm still thin, but no longer stick thin and that works well for me. Let the other heroines lose weight now, since I've decided that I'm never going to wear a bikini ever again onscreen."

Clarifies KK swiftly, "But I don't think that the role will actually be developed along those lines."

Aishwarya Rai beats Kareena Kapoor

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may have chosen to take it easy post her marriage, but a recent development in her career has made all those speechless who feel that the beautiful actress’ career is no longer on an upswing. She has broken the record of Kareena Kapoor with her whopping ten crores contract for her latest film. Earlier, this honor was with Kareena Kapoor with a figure of seven crores.

The film is to be produced Bobby Pushkarna, of the critically acclaimed film ‘Page 3′. Pushkarna was keen on cast Ash only and was determined to shelve the project if the lady did not give an affirmative nod. Finally, after a three-month long chase, Pushkarna was able to persuade her to do his film.

The deal has not yet been finalized in pen and paper but both the parties seem positive.

It is raining awards for Kareena Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor must be on seventh heaven these days for the kind of recognition she is getting. Apart from her love life which is rocking with Chhote Nawab, she is definitely soaring high on professional front too. Kareena has already been awarded the India Today Woman Award, 2009 for her contribution to the world of art and cinema by none other than the world-renowned environmental activist Erin Brokovich.
Now, the Rotary Club has chosen the lady for the Vocational Excellence award for being the youngest achiever in the film industry. The function is scheduled to be held at the Grand Hyatt on the 1st of Feb ‘09.
